Treasury Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, payment processing, and accounts payable activities for the clean energy asset portfolio.

• Conduct daily cash positioning and consolidation across various bank accounts and legal entities utilizing Kyriba and banking portals.

• Maintain short-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity models in Google Sheets to enhance daily working capital efficiency.

• Manage the intake of invoices, approval workflows, and payment cycles within Stampli.

• Initiate and validate wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal book transfers in accordance with authorization policies.

• Assist with the opening of bank accounts, account maintenance, updates for signers, and management of portal user access.

• Ensure the availability of audit-ready documentation and uphold internal treasury controls across payment systems and banking operations.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team during monthly and quarterly closures to reconcile cash activities and address bank discrepancies.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual payment processes, enhance reporting, and improve system integrations.

• Work alongside finance, accounting, and development teams to refine cash management workflows and aid in strategic liquidity forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, accounts payable, or financial operations.

• Practical experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba), AP automation tools (Stampli), and enterprise banking portals.

• Strong financial modeling abilities in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Proven proficiency in cash positioning and forecasting cash flow.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills when managing high-value financial transactions under tight deadlines.
