Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily cash management tasks, oversee cash flows, and support global treasury functions.

• Assist in managing over 30 international cash accounts by reducing foreign currency risk and optimizing interest earnings.

• Facilitate nearly $1.7 billion in payments for thousands of sellers through platforms such as Hyperwallet, Payoneer, and Wells Fargo.

• Update the database for manual exceptions related to the current processes or platform capabilities.

• Execute foreign exchange spot trades as necessary to mitigate FX exposure.

• Ensure minimum balances are maintained in foreign cash accounts for operational cash outflows while maximizing interest on surplus funds through suitable investment options.

• Support financing administration, including the term loan and credit card programs.

• Collaborate with the Wells Fargo treasury management system and work alongside operational leaders on special implementation initiatives.

• Assist with internal and external audits and uphold compliance with established policies.

• Work with the Senior Treasury Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to address evolving business demands and growth strategies, including insurance management and regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Exceptional skills in analyzing financial data and communicating results clearly.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate collaborative working relationships with business partners.
