Traveling Sheet Metal Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations in HVAC and sheet metal fields

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors effectively

• Manage installation processes to align with project schedules and requirements

• Supervise safety, quality, productivity, and craftsmanship

• Work closely with Project Managers and field leadership

• Identify and address field-related issues to maintain project momentum

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and relevant standards

• Assist with project milestones, transitions, and finalization

• Direct installation, workforce, scheduling, safety, quality, and daily project execution across various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 5+ years of experience in HVAC/sheet metal field leadership

• Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects

• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and sheet metal installation practices

• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving

• Dedication to safety and quality standards

• Willingness and capability for extensive travel

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory on relevant job sites
