Traveling Construction Customer Success Manager – 80% Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the primary relationship and act as the main contact for significant client projects on a daily basis.

• Lead comprehensive platform implementation efforts, which include onboarding, training, and thorough integration into workflows.

• Discover methods to enhance client value and position Buildots as an essential element of client team operations.

• Collaborate with internal project managers to tailor the platform to the unique complexities of each project.

• Collect insights from clients on the ground and communicate them to the product team to influence the development roadmap.

• Ensure successful client adoption and utilization of the platform.

• Supervise Buildots deployment and ensure ongoing success across key client projects.

• Assist in site operations and incorporate Buildots technology into project workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Must reside within a 30-mile radius of a major airport in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas.

• Possess strong technical skills along with excellent client-facing capabilities.

• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and communicate complex concepts effectively.

• Competence in translating data and feedback into actionable insights.

• Preferred: Experience in mission-critical construction projects within data centers, aviation, or healthcare sectors.

• Preferred: Superintendent experience overseeing complex construction projects with a focus on process and/or technology implementation.

• Preferred: Experience as a VDC Manager.
