Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements and process workshops with German-speaking business users in German.

• Create fit-gap analyses that encompass configuration, customization, and necessary business process modifications.

• Develop target processes and solution designs for the delivery team.

• Advocate for solution designs with business stakeholders.

• Assist the business through testing phases and obtain sign-off.

• Support stakeholders during the transition to live use.

• Communicate findings, risks, and options to the program in English.

• Serve as the business-facing liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of experience with D365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM, provided as a functional consultant or business analyst.

• Background in Sales, Customer Service, or both.

• Proven experience in discovery and fit-gap tasks, demonstrated through written deliverables.

• Proficiency in German, adequate for conducting workshops and drafting designs.

• Proficient in English.

• Comfortable with remote work while engaging with business stakeholders not met in person.

• Must reside in the UK or Europe.

• Right to work in the location of residence.

• Contract through Yadimen Consulting Limited.
