Talent Recruiter – Customer Success, Recruiting Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide support to B2B clients throughout the recruitment journey.

• Assist in identifying appropriate candidates and swiftly connecting them with clients.

• Oversee candidates from their initial engagement to the successful completion of the hiring process.

• Organize and evaluate candidate surveys.

• Extract actionable insights from candidate feedback for improvement.

• Design and distribute candidate newsletters.

• Update and manage content on the candidate website.

• Assess profiles and processes from a user’s perspective.

• Identify areas for enhancement and offer feedback to aid in the further evolution of the platform.

• Suggest and execute your own ideas for process enhancements.

• Take on initial recruitment support tasks independently.

• Provide assistance with Customer Success inquiries.

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university or college.

• Demonstrated interest in HR, recruiting, and Customer Success.

• A structured work approach coupled with exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German.

• Previous experience as a working student is preferred.

• A friendly yet tenacious demeanor when engaging with candidates and clients.

• An inquisitive nature and eagerness to learn.

• Capability to quickly grasp new subjects.

• Proactive attitude and a focus on finding solutions.
