Travel Therapy Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

• Actively reach out to and recruit potential therapists, building relationships, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for available positions.

• Inform prospective therapists about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a career in travel healthcare.

• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

• Commit to continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Deliver outstanding rapport and exceptional customer service to traveling therapists.

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least one year of demonstrated success in a metrics-driven sales or staffing environment; 2+ years preferred.
