Travel Support Representative, German C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist travelers in booking, modifying, and canceling flights, hotels, and packages.

• Address inquiries related to refunds, payment clarifications, and billing issues.

• Manage travel-related challenges and provide effective service recovery solutions.

• Support travel partners and manage extranet accounts with listing and reservation inquiries.

• Respond to customer reviews and general inquiries about destinations.

• Offer assistance through phone, email, and live chat channels.

• Conduct interactions primarily in German, with English used for overflow situations.

• Utilize English for internal tools, systems, and communication within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in German at a native level (C1 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in English at B2+ level, necessary for training and communication with English-speaking contacts.

• Possess a customer-centric approach with empathy, active listening skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic digital environment that involves multiple tools and screens.

• Availability for rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.

• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required.

• An updated CV in English is mandatory.

• Successful completion of assessments in German and English language skills.
