Travel Experience Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, vacation packages, and activities.

• Engage with clients to ascertain their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.

• Evaluate available options and deliver tailored travel recommendations.

• Organize accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other reservations.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of reservation and client information.

• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Assist with modifications to reservations and provide travel updates as necessary.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning and booking phases.

• Participate in supplier and destination training to enhance travel expertise.

• Build a client base and broaden destination knowledge.

• Offer travel planning assistance for vacations, cruises, resorts, transportation, activities, and additional travel arrangements.

• Previous experience in the travel industry is not mandatory.

• Strong communication abilities and a commitment to customer service.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using computers, email, online booking platforms, and web-based systems.

• Capable of researching and comparing various travel options.

• Self-driven and adept at managing your own schedule.

• Reliable access to the internet.

• Willing to undertake necessary travel training.

• Prior experience in travel or booking is beneficial but not essential.

• Applicants must reside in an eligible area within the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Latin America, or Spain.
