Travel Experience Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on travel destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, vacation packages, and activities.

• Engage with clients to ascertain their preferences, budget constraints, and travel requirements.

• Evaluate available options and provide tailored travel recommendations.

• Organize accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other necessary reservations.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of reservation and client information.

• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Assist clients with changes to reservations and provide updates regarding their travel plans as needed.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning and booking stages.

• Participate in supplier and destination training to enhance travel knowledge.

• Gain experience by completing certifications from suppliers, expanding destination expertise, developing a client portfolio, and acquiring knowledge in various travel types.

• Applicants must reside in an eligible location within the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Latin America, or Spain.

• Prior travel or booking experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
