Travel Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Search for and confirm travel bookings on behalf of clients.

• Comprehend client travel policies and consistently offer consultation to customers.

• Address inquiries related to regulations, such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.

• Provide clients with industry insights including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational procedures and client relationships, proposing enhancements as needed.

• Continuously update, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Must be located in Costa Rica.

• Availability to work from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT, with potential for changes.
