Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Support clients in researching and organizing vacations tailored to their preferences, requirements, and financial plans.

• Investigate potential destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and various travel alternatives.

• Create and deliver travel quotes and itinerary suggestions.

• Arrange travel bookings through approved vendors and booking platforms.

• Engage with clients before, during, and following the booking process.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client and reservation data.

• Handle and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment schedules.

• Keep updated on supplier promotions, destination changes, and travel regulations.

• Take part in available training and professional growth opportunities.

• Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients.

• Promote and expand your independent travel business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and internet platforms.

• Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.

• Open to completing training and pursuing further knowledge about the travel sector.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is beneficial but not mandatory.

• No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary.
