Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in researching and organizing vacations tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Conduct research on destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.

• Prepare and present travel quotes along with itinerary options for clients.

• Make travel arrangements through authorized travel suppliers and booking platforms.

• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.

• Maintain precise client and reservation information.

• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel requirements.

• Engage in available training and professional development opportunities.

• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients.

• Market and expand your independent travel business.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Proficiency in using computers, email, and online platforms is necessary.

• Must be organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is required.

• Willingness to undergo training and continue learning about the travel industry.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is advantageous but not mandatory.

• No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary.
