Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in researching and organizing vacations tailored to their needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Investigate various destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and additional travel options.

• Prepare and deliver travel quotes and itinerary alternatives.

• Arrange travel bookings through authorized travel suppliers and reservation platforms.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the booking process, including before, during, and after their travels.

• Keep precise records of client and reservation details.

• Handle and track payments, deadlines, and final payment schedules.

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel regulations.

• Engage in available training and professional growth opportunities.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Promote and expand your independent travel business.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and online platforms.

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and effectively managing time.

• Eager to complete training and continue learning about the travel sector.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is advantageous but not mandatory.

• No prior experience in the travel industry is necessary.
