Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Comprehend client travel guidelines and consistently offer consultation.

• Address inquiries related to regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.

• Provide insights about the industry, such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational procedures and commercial partnerships, recommending enhancements.

• Maintain, share, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business demands.
