Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel reservations for clients.

• Comprehend client travel policies and deliver consistent customer guidance.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Share industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational processes and commercial partnerships, recommending enhancements.

• Sustain, communicate, and broaden understanding of supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
