Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients

• Comprehend client travel guidelines and consistently offer expert advice

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Provide insights on industry aspects such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational workflows and commercial interactions with clients while proposing enhancements

• Keep current, engage in ongoing communication, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors

• Interact and respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency with GDS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel sector, including policies, procedures, and processes
