📋 Description

• Search for and confirm travel arrangements for customers.

• Comprehend client travel policies and offer consistent advice.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Provide insights on industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and commercial partnerships and recommend enhancements.

• Maintain, share, and enhance understanding of the supported travel industries.

• Respond to inquiries from current and potential clients and assist them in traveling efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Relevant expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Flexibility with work schedules, accommodating possible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.

• Must reside in the United States.
