• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Comprehend client travel guidelines and consistently offer advice.

• Address inquiries related to regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.

• Share industry insights like low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational workflows and business partnerships to recommend enhancements.

• Keep up-to-date, communicate, and broaden current knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed by the business.
