Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and confirm travel bookings on behalf of customers.

• Comprehend client travel policies and consistently offer consultation to clients.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Provide insights on industry trends such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational processes and client relationships, recommending enhancements.

• Maintain, share, and broaden knowledge of the travel industries served.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Ability to adapt to varying work schedules, including potential day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
