• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Share industry insights including competitive fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational procedures and business relationships, recommending enhancements.

• Sustain, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel sector, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Adaptability in work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business demands.
