Transportation Pricing & Quoting Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Act as the main customer service liaison for both internal and external clients after a quote has been executed.

• Facilitate the transition of approved quotes among relevant internal stakeholders to guarantee a seamless and precise handoff from pricing to execution.

• Address and resolve customer queries pertaining to executed quotes promptly and professionally.

• Update affected internal teams and external customers on the status, changes, or issues related to quotes.

• Keep precise records of quote execution and subsequent customer interactions in the Pricing Database.

• Forward unresolved customer service concerns or recurring execution issues to management.

• Report directly to the Strategic Solutions Manager, Transportation Pricing & Quoting – The Americas.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage a high volume of incoming requests effectively.

• Proficient in clear and professional written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Expeditors’ service offerings and organizational structure.

• Capable of prioritizing and processing requests swiftly while maintaining accuracy.

• Comfortable using a Pricing Database or quote intake system.
