Transitions Onboarding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver transition consulting tailored for advisors across all channels, including Empowered Independence.

• Implement repapering and facilitate asset transfers across all channels and tiers.

• Collaborate across functions to enhance processes.

• Collect data and prepare/submit necessary forms; oversee account transfers both in-person and virtually.

• Supervise and resolve NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork issues affecting asset transfers.

• Diagnose and escalate issues related to transitions.

• Explore methods to streamline and accelerate the asset movement process.

• Assist with onboarding both virtually and in-person.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Channel Leadership.

• Qualified candidates located near all company locations and those remote within the United States are encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout the United States.

• Comprehensive understanding of the account opening and transfer processes and their interdependencies.

• Some experience in transitions is required.

• Strong technical knowledge is essential.

• Attention to detail is crucial.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

• Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• SIE/S7 or S99 certification is required within 12 months.

• 1–3 years of relevant financial/transition experience is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• A high school diploma or GED certificate combined with significant practical experience will be considered.

• Industry licenses such as SIE, Series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 are preferred.

• Previous experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
