This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Execute a diverse range of real estate transactions that create enterprise value for a prominent global technology client.
• Oversee a portfolio of locations and provide transaction management solutions.
• Manage transaction pipelines, monitor critical deadlines, identify optimization opportunities, and assist in strategic planning.
• Supervise broker vendor partners through RFPs, LOIs, leases, subleases, PSAs, and license agreements from inception to final execution.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, lead meetings, guide field brokers, and advise decision-makers.
• Negotiate complex, high-value lease transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence and corporate approvals across tax, risk, accounting, corporate security, EHS, and anti-corruption sectors.
• Draft business cases and corporate approval documentation in collaboration with the client's finance team.
• Partner with legal counsel to negotiate and execute transaction documentation.
• Track milestones and deadlines among brokers, attorneys, architects, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare and analyze property and portfolio data, including budgeting.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and ad hoc reports.
• Resolve transaction issues and assess alternative solutions.
• Share best practices and collaborate with JLL delivery partners and service providers.
• Utilize research, analytics, and innovative ideas to support regional client leadership.
• Enhance processes, tools, and templates; identify inefficiencies and monitor implementation outcomes.
• Manage client/stakeholder service delivery and contractual commitments.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and service needs.
• Contribute to KPIs, service levels, and other contractual metrics.
• Introduce JLL products and services to align with client business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master's, MBA, or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management.
• Proven expertise in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting implications.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiating, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a matrixed environment, managing cross-functional teams through influence rather than authority.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities; proactively identifies risks and opportunities.
• Strategic mindset combined with effective tactical execution.
• Strong resource and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting and communicating business intelligence/data analytics.
• Outstanding client service skills.
• Capability to work independently, escalating complex or strategic issues to the Account Lead.
