This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the transaction manager to lead the entire process of commercial real estate transactions and analyze client leasing data, providing foundational strategic decision support.

• Independently handle simple transaction projects while extensively supporting medium-difficulty projects.

• Liaise with the client's commercial real estate team and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international commercial real estate transactions, including lease renewals, lease exchanges, new leases, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Review leasing contracts and licenses, participate in negotiation processes, provide professional support, and maintain negotiation records.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports, city strategic reports, letters of engagement, completion reports, and due diligence documents, conducting comprehensive financial data analyses.

• Prepare documentation and approval files necessary for transactions, manage key leasing timelines, maintain system information, and issue risk alerts.

• Create a leasing tracking table, initiate projects with the account manager on schedule, and develop a timeline.

• Collect and evaluate regional and global real estate market information and data, conduct benchmarking analyses, and prepare market reports.

• Organize and analyze client leasing or property asset package data, assess building conditions, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Participate in regular conference calls with clients, local brokers, and other stakeholders, write meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Complete additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the transaction manager or direct supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of work experience or 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a preference for those with tenant representation, lease management, or contract management experience.

• Fluent in Japanese, with strong reading and writing skills, and good English reading and writing abilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders from different departments and regions.

• Capable of adapting flexibly to changing priority tasks.

• Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, with excellent time management skills, suited to a fast-paced multitasking environment, and possessing a deep customer service mindset.

• Willingness to continuously learn new things, embrace new challenges, and take on new responsibilities.

• Proficient in office software, with strong skills in Outlook, Excel, and basic PowerPoint creation.

• Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.

• Excellent team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
