Transaction Advisory Services Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients and corporate buyers/sellers.

• Create Excel data packs.

• Evaluate historical financial and operational performance of target firms.

• Conduct financial modeling associated with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

• Perform industry research for various engagements.

• Support planning, fieldwork, and concluding activities.

• Implement TAS Best Practices to guarantee consistent quality in service and deliverables.

• Help prepare redacted Excel data packs and comprehensive reports.

• Assist in the development of business development materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a junior or in the year prior to graduation, pursuing a degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.

• CPA certification or in progress.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking capabilities.

• Proven experience in teamwork.

• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with others.
