This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an embedded training and user-support resource for a designated Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert team.
• Provide site-specific end-user assistance and manage refresher-training requirements.
• Advise SMEs and training owners on updates to training content driven by workflow, system, or policy changes and recurring user challenges.
• Maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and other resources aimed at users.
• Engage in Tier meetings, communities of practice, office hours, working sessions, and stakeholder forums.
• Coordinate site-specific user support and refresher training requests with local site contacts and support teams.
• Facilitate instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, and drop-in support opportunities.
• Evaluate training gaps, recurring inquiries, user feedback, and adoption challenges; suggest support interventions.
• Monitor support trends, training activities, recurring issues, and user feedback; provide updates and recommendations.
• Deliver or coordinate refresher training, coaching, demonstrations, facilitation, job aids, and other learning support materials.
• Validate user proficiency following interventions.
• Assist with change management and communications related to updated workflows, tools, system functionality, or training resources.
• Report on training activities, user feedback, recurring issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Tier SMEs to enhance readiness, confidence, and adoption of Oracle Health EHR workflows and associated tools.
• Experience in delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in business, operational, technical, or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR), including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, system implementation, onboarding, Oracle Health maintenance training, or system-related process changes.
• Ability to distill complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear, actionable learning content and user guidance.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in identifying learning needs and suggesting suitable training or performance support solutions.
• Capability to work independently while closely collaborating as an integrated member of a cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple requests, priorities, and follow-up tasks.
• Proficiency in common virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools.
• Preferred: Experience with the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR), enterprise EHR implementations, process transformation, large-scale change initiatives, training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, FAQs, facilitator guides, learning management systems, virtual learning platforms, knowledge management tools, geographically distributed sites, facilities, diverse user groups, or consulting/contractor roles serving client teams.
