This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for new hires throughout their training sessions.
β’ Address training-related inquiries and offer guidance on procedures, expectations, and available resources.
β’ Analyze AI Agent simulated sales calls and assess performance based on sales, quality, and compliance benchmarks.
β’ Deliver clear, actionable feedback following the review of simulated calls.
β’ Assign and distribute targeted One Thing Trainings in response to identified coaching opportunities.
β’ Track trainee progress during training, simulated calls, certifications, and coaching assignments.
β’ Recognize trainees who are lagging, consistently struggling, or who need additional assistance.
β’ Follow up to ensure that coaching feedback is reviewed and implemented in future simulated calls.
β’ Elevate significant performance, compliance, attendance, or training issues to Quality & Compliance leadership.
β’ Keep precise records of trainee progress, coaching sessions, and simulated call results.
β’ Collaborate with the Quality & Compliance team to identify performance trends among new hires and enhance training processes.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, sales quality assurance, call-center quality, training, or coaching.
β’ Strong grasp of the sales process, encompassing call structure, discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
β’ Experience in evaluating calls or performance against established scorecards, rubrics, or quality standards.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, enabling the provision of clear, specific, and actionable feedback.
β’ Ability to give constructive feedback while maintaining an approachable and encouraging demeanor.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple trainees, reviews, and follow-ups concurrently.
β’ High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting trainee progress, coaching, and call outcomes.
β’ Capacity to meet established review timelines and remain responsive during scheduled working hours.
β’ Good judgment regarding when to escalate performance, compliance, attendance, or training issues.
β’ Comfortable with or able to quickly adapt to training platforms, AI-based call simulation tools, tracking spreadsheets, and messaging applications.
β’ Reliable internet connection and equipment are necessary.
β’ Setup must support clear, uninterrupted phone and video conversations.
β’ Must be available to work consistently from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Central Time.
β’ Preferred: experience in coaching or onboarding new sales representatives.
β’ Preferred: background in quality and compliance, particularly within a regulated sales environment.
β’ Preferred: experience with learning management systems, CRM platforms, or call-scoring software.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with microlearning or targeted coaching techniques, such as the One Thing Training approach.
β’ Preferred: experience in identifying performance trends across groups and communicating insights to leadership.
