Training, Onboarding, L&D Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated deliverables, which include documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Assess AI-produced materials using domain-specific quality standards.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, aesthetic flaws, and presentation issues.

• Offer clear, organized written feedback.

• Utilize extensive subject-matter knowledge to assess the quality of outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in Training, onboarding, or Learning & Development.

• Native or professional-level proficiency in English.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Possession of an advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT visa sponsorship.
