Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through transformation initiatives emphasizing alignment, capability, and adoption.

• Create human-centered, agile, and actionable training strategies tailored for the digital landscape.

• Convert client strategic goals and mission objectives into comprehensive training approaches.

• Develop training strategies that cater to the future of work and innovative work methods.

• Oversee a team of skilled training developers implementing client training initiatives.

• Manage training efforts for significant SAP transformations, ideally S/4HANA, in a greenfield setting.

• Utilize WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform, WalkMe Learning Arc, Mentimeter, personas, and organizational analytics.

• Aid in business development by conducting market research, creating viewpoints, enhancing capabilities, and managing knowledge.

• Collaborate on proposals and cultivate trusted relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in at least three of the following areas: Training Leadership, Project Management, Change Management, Training Capability, Agile Change, Training Analytics, or Design Thinking.

• More than 3 years of experience as a Training Lead on an SAP transformation, preferably S/4HANA, in a greenfield environment.

• At least 2 years of experience with WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform and/or WalkMe Learning Arc.

• Practical experience in configuring and managing a digital adoption platform while developing in-app guidance.

• A keen eye for quality and consistency in instructional design.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
