Trainer – SAP S/4HANA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized training remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Create and implement a variety of teaching strategies

• Design and execute learning assessments

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives

• Assist course participants in enhancing their skills

• Facilitate practical, personalized knowledge transfer

• Serve as a resource and learning facilitator

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree

• Professional and project experience as a consultant

• Experience as a trainer, preferably in publicly funded continuing education and online instruction

• Current SAP S/4HANA certification

• Evidence of pedagogical competence, such as a P2WTTT certificate or AEVO qualification

• Strong methodological and instructional capabilities for delivering educational content

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork

• Proficient in German, the language of instruction, at a C2 level
