SAP M&A Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute technical strategies for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and organizational changes at both system and data levels.

• Plan, design, implement, and sustain SAP solutions while adhering to best practices throughout the solution development lifecycle.

• Evaluate business and technical requirements to confirm that solutions align with client expectations.

• Create comprehensive technical specifications.

• Oversee solution configuration, programming as necessary, testing phases, documentation, go-live processes, and post-go-live assistance.

• Expand knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions, products, ABAP programming when relevant, and emerging SAP technologies.

• Assist in presales efforts.

• Mentor, coach, or train consultants by imparting business or technical knowledge.

• Enhance internal tools and develop specifications for functionality improvements, test scenarios, and testing processes.

• Execute projects utilizing standard SNP Transformation software.

• Coordinate migration initiatives in both SAP and non-SAP environments.

• Familiarity with SAP tools for analyzing data volume at both table and system levels.

• Basic knowledge and practical experience in SAP SD.

• Basic knowledge and practical experience in SAP FI/CO.

• Basic knowledge and practical experience in SAP MM.

• Active involvement in presales activities, preparation for customer meetings, and proposal development.

• Proficiency in ABAP, development tasks, and development support during significant implementations.

• Experience in data migration projects, covering extraction rules, mapping rules, data validation and reconciliation, and cutover planning.

• High motivation, self-drive, and a collaborative team spirit.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of relevant consulting experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel.

• Proficient in English.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Preferred experience with SAP DMLT Migration/Conversion Tools, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP LSMW, CBS Migration/Conversion Toolset, or Syniti Migration/Conversion Toolset.

• Experience with SAP data migration/conversion projects.

• Experience with SAP implementation or upgrade initiatives.
