SAP SD/TM Consultant, Public Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, configure, and provide support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Transportation Management (TM).

• Create and uphold Functional Specification Documents.

• Plan and carry out Functional Unit Testing.

• Utilize SAP Best Practices and Scope Items within both SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments.

• Offer functional guidance while troubleshooting intricate SAP logistics and business-process challenges.

• Lead and engage in SAP implementation and support initiatives.

• Analyze functional challenges and devise solutions involving SAP SD, TM, and associated integrations.

• Conduct functional training sessions for business users and technical teams.

• Collaborate on integrations involving SAP FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SCM, MM-IM, and EWM.

• Provide SAP application support via ticketing systems, adhering to IRT and SLA requirements.

• Maintain standardized functional documentation and processes in accordance with customer standards.

• Articulate technical concepts and functional solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in intricate environments.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD).

• Practical understanding of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and its integration with SAP SD.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and/or at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition, focusing on Sales and Transportation Management.

• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Scope Items within SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Editions.

• Experience in preparing Functional Specification Documents.

• Proficient in conducting Functional Unit Testing.

• Skilled in troubleshooting SAP logistics processes and integration challenges.

• Proven track record in participating in and leading SAP implementation and support projects.

• Strong SAP application support experience with ticketing systems, along with knowledge of IRT and SLA requirements.

• Experience in delivering user training and facilitating functional knowledge transfer.

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Public Edition or SAP S/4HANA Private Edition.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in leadership and training.

• Fluent in spoken and written English — required.

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish — required.

• Updated resume in Word format highlighting relevant SAP experience and certifications.
