Trainer, Medical Billing and Practice Management for Medical Practices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing the WBS LearnSpace 3D® platform.

• Employ a variety of teaching techniques to create and deliver engaging instruction.

• Develop and prepare educational materials relevant to the course, aligned with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competencies.

• Serve as an enthusiastic and innovative freelance trainer representing the subject area.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their competencies.

• Facilitate learning both as a subject-matter expert and as a guide for learners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in healthcare.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in primary care, with extensive knowledge of medical billing.

• Familiarity with billing processes involving various healthcare payers (EBM, GOÄ, BG).

• Demonstrated, training-ready expertise in practice management.

• Competency with the Medistar practice management software.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital healthcare and health technologies.

• Initial experience in delivering training (e.g., in-house training, workshops, or seminars).

• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., AEVO) or at least one year of experience in adult education.

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities for conveying learning material.

• Independent and structured work approach with a high degree of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design.

• Proficient in German, the medium of instruction (C2 level).
