Trainer – Learning Facilitator, Financial Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist participants throughout their professional qualification journey.

• Offer guidance on technical inquiries related to financial accounting, tax regulations, and bookkeeping.

• Conduct reviews of learning progress and maintain documentation of participants' advancements.

• Assess support requirements and create appropriate solutions.

• Encourage independent learning and efficient organizational practices.

• Aid participants in navigating digital learning tools and platforms.

• Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Advocate for your area of expertise with enthusiasm and foresight.

• Impart practical knowledge to enhance participants' skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification and professional experience as a financial accountant or tax assistant.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping in line with the German Commercial Code (HGB).

• Proficient knowledge of annual financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and income surplus calculations (EÜR).

• Good grasp of German tax regulations, especially VAT, income tax, and the German Fiscal Code (AO).

• Advanced proficiency in using DATEV.

• Familiarity with cost and activity accounting (KLR) and foundational controlling principles.

• Previous experience as a trainer or educator is a plus.

• Evidence of pedagogical competence.

• Passion for assisting individuals in enhancing their professional skills and integrating into the workforce.
