Trainer / Instructor for IT Specialist Retraining Program – System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ diverse teaching methods to create and deliver engaging lessons

• Develop and prepare teaching materials in alignment with the curriculum

• Conduct competency evaluations

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills and transitioning into the job market

• Represent the field with enthusiasm and foresight

• Serve as a source of expertise and a facilitator of learning in lesson planning and execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a similar qualification

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience

• Professional background in configuring and managing Microsoft servers

• Knowledge of virtualization, especially Hyper-V

• Familiarity with Linux is a plus

• Interest and capability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into the teaching process

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous

• Demonstrated pedagogical skills, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in conveying learning materials

• Independent and organized working style with a high degree of personal accountability

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach

• Proficient in German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
