This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies to create and implement instructional content.
• Prepare and develop learning materials related to lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency.
• Assist participants in enhancing their competencies.
• Educate on billing and practice management within dental practices.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator to support learners.
• Completed vocational training or a university degree.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience, including expertise in billing.
• Practical and training-ready knowledge of practice management.
• Familiarity with guidelines set forth by the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) and contracts for patients covered by statutory health insurance (GKV).
• Understanding of billing practices in dental settings, compliant with EBM (BEMA) and GOÄ/GOZ.
• Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital healthcare and health technologies.
• Some experience in teaching or training, such as conducting in-house training sessions, workshops, or seminars.
• Evidence of pedagogical skills (e.g., AEVO) or at least one year of experience in adult education and training.
• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering educational content.
• Independent and organized work style, coupled with a high level of personal accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and innovative approach to lesson design.
• Proficient command of the instructional language, German (C2 level).
