Trainer, Learning Facilitator – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Prepare and follow up on course materials.

• Offer active, personalized support to participants throughout their educational journeys.

• Develop and implement a variety of teaching methods.

• Prepare and execute learning assessments.

• Facilitate learning in alignment with the IHK framework curriculum.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or real estate clerk.

• Several years of professional experience in the real estate sector.

• Extensive subject-matter expertise in at least three of the specified real estate disciplines.

• Evidence of teaching aptitude (trainer qualification in accordance with AEVO).

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher.

• Familiarity with the DOMUS 1000 property management software (preferred).

• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level).
