Trainer – Learning Facilitator, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing the WBS LearnSpace 3D® platform.

• Prepare and follow up on instructional materials.

• Offer active, personalized support to participants throughout their learning journey.

• Develop and implement a variety of teaching strategies.

• Prepare and administer learning assessments.

• Facilitate learning in alignment with the IHK framework curriculum.

• Contribute to measures aimed at ensuring quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or property professional.

• Several years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.

• Strong knowledge in at least three of the specified real estate areas.

• Proof of pedagogical qualification (trainer aptitude certification in accordance with AEVO).

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, vocational instructor, or educator.

• Familiarity with the DOMUS 1000 property management software is advantageous.

• Excellent command of the instructional language, German (C2 level).
