Trainer, Chemical Regulations and the Chemical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilize diverse teaching methods to create and present lessons.

• Develop and prepare educational materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Conduct competency evaluations.

• Integrate case studies from projects, training experiences, or professional practice.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their competencies.

• Aid participants in broadening their professional skills and transitioning into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree focusing on chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences, pharmacy, and/or law.

• Several years of relevant experience in the environmental sector.

• Familiarity with REACH, CLP, the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance, and international chemical regulations.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

• Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies.

• Strong methodological and pedagogical skills for conveying educational content.

• Independent and organized work style with a high level of personal responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Proficient in German, the language of instruction (C2 level).
