This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +2 more countries.
• Provide support for the installation, setup, and maintenance of CribMaster hardware and software solutions at client locations.
• Assist in deployments, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, addressing customer requirements, and preparing data.
• Deliver ad-hoc technical support services as needed.
• Engage in learning through structured training, self-directed study, coaching, supervision, shadowing, and practical experience.
• Travel frequently, often on a weekly basis, to customer sites throughout the UK, EMEA, and beyond as skills develop.
• Enhance understanding of tool and asset tracking solutions and contribute positively to customer outcomes.
• Maintain professional communication with both customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to safety protocols, checklists, and established procedures.
• Appropriately escalate complex issues for further resolution.
• No prior installation or technical experience is required; this role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their careers.
• Demonstrated interest in practical, hands-on tasks and a willingness to develop mechanical skills through training.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology, including hardware, software, tools, systems, and their functionalities.
• Capability to follow instructions, checklists, safety guidelines, and structured training content.
• Openness to learning basic problem-solving skills and a readiness to escalate issues instead of tackling complex problems alone.
• Willingness to gain knowledge through training, self-study, shadowing, experience, and constructive feedback.
• Clear and courteous communication skills with an ability to request assistance when necessary.
• Proficient written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Awareness of safety standards, professionalism, and proper conduct.
• A positive attitude towards frequent travel, often on short notice, for customer support.
• Eligibility for access to export-controlled defense technology and restricted customer environments, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Ideally possess a valid driver's license or be willing to work towards acquiring one.
