Trainee – Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Gradual engagement in the daily operations of influencer campaigns, sales, and client management.

• Taking ownership of your own campaigns and clients.

• Assisting projects from initial coordination to implementation.

• Proactively reaching out to brands.

• Pitching appropriate influencers and collaboration ideas.

• Conducting communication via email and Zoom calls with clients and influencers.

• Negotiating pricing, deliverables, and terms.

• Coordinating and managing partnerships between brands and influencers.

• Working in sales and systematically maintaining projects in the CRM system.

• Managing social media as part of campaigns, which includes content creation, giveaways, and coordination.

• Organizing and documenting projects using various tools.

• Analyzing and assessing campaign performance.
