Traditional Chinese Finance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop original multiple-choice questions in Traditional Chinese that focus on accounting, financial reporting, auditing, assurance, controls, taxation, and related financial issues specific to Taiwan or Hong Kong.

• Create realistic scenarios that require analysis, interpretation, calculations, and the practical application of professional knowledge.

• Design reliable answer choices, including ten options per question with one correct answer.

• Provide clear and detailed worked solutions that explain the reasoning for the correct answers.

• Ensure that the content is technically accurate and suitable for the relevant jurisdiction.

• Review completed materials for technical accuracy, linguistic quality, internal consistency, structure, difficulty, and overall quality.

• Adhere to project-specific formatting and evaluation standards.

• Work independently on the development of an AI evaluation dataset.

• Complete tasks without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field.

• Preferably 2+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, or a related area.

• Strong understanding of Taiwanese or Hong Kong accounting, auditing, and/or taxation.

• Native-level proficiency in Traditional Chinese.

• Must be educated in or based in Taiwan or Hong Kong.

• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

• Ability to create technically rigorous questions and articulate complex reasoning clearly.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work independently.

• Experience in professional education, assessment design, examination development, or technical content creation is a plus.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this role.

• Must refrain from using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third parties.
