Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate and disseminate precise and timely financial reports and dashboards for the C-Suite, Board of Directors, and Private Equity Owners.

• Perform variance, trend, and profitability analyses, primarily concentrating on COGS and volume/rate/mix variances.

• Spearhead the development and upkeep of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Work in conjunction with technical resources to sustain and enhance financial models and databases.

• Leverage Anaplan to optimize data processes and improve reporting and planning capabilities.

• Track financial metrics and KPIs, pinpoint areas for improvement and risks, and propose corrective measures.

• Address ad hoc financial analysis requests from management and stakeholders.

• Partner with Lines of Business, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations.

• Enhance automation of monthly reporting and analytical processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of pertinent work experience.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capability to interpret intricate financial data and derive meaningful insights.

• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis methodologies, with experience using tools such as Excel, Anaplan, or comparable financial software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, committed to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Proficient communication and presentation skills, able to articulate financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of accountability.

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations.

• Must be capable of collaborating with colleagues through face-to-face interactions, conference calls, and online meetings.
