Track & Trace Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Daily communication with drivers and customers

• Inform relevant parties about any issues

• Update information in the system

• Handle incoming calls from clients

• Arrange appointments

• Stay updated on market trends in the transportation industry

• Carry out additional duties as required by business needs or as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency is essential

• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus

• Proficient in PC usage (Microsoft Office preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving skills
