Track & Trace Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Monitor and oversee shipments from their point of origin to their final destination to guarantee timely delivery.

• Liaise with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to deliver real-time updates regarding shipment status.

• Detect and address transportation delays or issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

• Keep precise records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions within the system.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

• Proactively tackle potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Generate and evaluate reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics.

• Assist in enhancing routing and delivery efficiency.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders concerning shipment inquiries.

• In-depth knowledge of logistics tracking systems and software.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.

• Experience collaborating with freight carriers, third-party logistics (3PLs), or transportation management systems (TMS).

• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping regulations.
