This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Ensure the health and reliability of quality programs across all business lines by maintaining standardization and consistent application of evaluation rubrics.
• Assess and resolve complex cases that deviate from standard workflows, concentrating on root-cause analysis and systemic solutions.
• Manage both internal and external escalated transactions to guarantee that resolutions meet service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for quality benchmarks and facilitate cross-functional feedback.
• Assist in the testing and rollout of new quality programs, workflows, and audit methodologies, including initiatives driven by AI technology.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a healthcare setting and in quality assurance.
• At least 1 year of experience exhibiting strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with an emphasis on proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Experience in coaching peers or auditors.
• Over 1 year of experience working with data and Google Sheets for data analysis.
