This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Client Intake Calls: Handle 5-10+ incoming calls daily, adhere to the structured questionnaire, and accurately fill out intake forms.
• Case Transfer: Enter completed forms into the system and efficiently transfer qualified calls to Attorney Batista.
• Clerical Support: Engage in document collection, schedule appointments, and assist with secondary case write-ups as part of the bankruptcy filing process.
• Follow-Up Coordination: Reach out to potential and existing clients to ensure all required documents are received and appointments are confirmed.
• Bilingual Advantage: Effectively communicate with clients in both English and Spanish when necessary.
• Collaboration: Assist the attorney and virtual paralegal by providing precise intake data that informs case strategy.
• Customer Service Background: Previous experience in intake, call centers, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Capability to capture client information with precision—small mistakes can influence case results.
• Strong Communicator: Demonstrate a professional, clear, and empathetic manner on the phone.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital forms, Zoom, and basic office software.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is essential.
• Adaptability: Ability to productively manage downtime by performing clerical tasks.
• Legal/Bankruptcy Knowledge: While not mandatory, prior experience in legal, medical billing, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Health stipends or participation in a book club
• Standard working hours of 9 AM-5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
