📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and review public and tax records to assess title liabilities and the legal status of properties.

• Evaluate the insurability of property titles.

• Create precise and thorough title commitments.

• Provide support for departmental operations.

• Adhere to established procedures to complete daily responsibilities.

• Utilize existing protocols to address straightforward issues.

• Interact with internal and external clients, as well as team members.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

• Basic communication abilities are necessary.

• Capability to follow outlined procedures.

• Proficient in searching public records and reviewing property titles.

• Skilled in preparing accurate and comprehensive title commitments in line with company examining and policy guidelines.
