TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a network of TikTok creators and affiliate partners across global markets

• Oversee creator partnerships from start to finish, which includes outreach, negotiations, onboarding, product seeding, and follow-ups

• Organize affiliate campaigns and supply creators with comprehensive briefs while fostering authentic content creation

• Monitor content performance, conversions, and sales to pinpoint effective strategies and enhance successful partnerships

• Independently manage priorities, keep collaborations progressing, and communicate updates clearly

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing affiliate or influencer partnerships at scale

• Proven track record of handling a substantial portfolio of active affiliates or influencers and multiple campaigns at once

• Established processes for communication, execution, and performance evaluation

• Familiarity with creator communities and content that drives purchases

• Experience with TikTok Shop is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Data-driven approach to enhancing results

• Capability to independently manage priorities as a freelance partner

• Proficiency in providing clear updates on progress

• Availability for at least 20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with a preference for full-time engagement
